We will be running Derbyshire County PCT funded programmes promoting mental health recovery from November 2011as follows. These can be accessed directly by anyone who is interested or on referral.

Anxiety and Depression Relief	Darley Dale	11/01/12	2.00pm - 4.00pm
Anger Management	Buxton	29/02/12	10.00am - 12 noon
Anger Management	Darley Dale	29/02/12	2.00pm - 4.00pm

Further courses are planned from April 2012 including Self Esteem and Confidence. Each programme runs for six weeks; to book a place please ring on 01629 733915.
